AQUAFINE - OptiVenn Series

The OptiVenn Series is a family of robust and flexible UV Systems with advanced technology designed to meet the stringent requirements of Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Microelectronics and other Industrial Markets.

Features

  • The OptiVenn breaks down the following microorganisms: E.coli and fecal coliform as well as trace chemicals; ozone, chlorine, total organic carbon.       
  • The treatment chamber is constructed of 316L SS with two finish options.
  • The control panel is constructed of 304 SS and is equipped with a Universal Controller which provides control, monitoring and operational information in a single convenient location.
  • The treatment chamber and control panel are extremely compact, yet offer flexibility of installation to accommodate into different skid designs or as a stand-alone UV System.

AQUAFINE - Avant Series

The Avant series from Aquafine incorporates innovations, and best-in-class components to utilize less energy while providing superior system performance.

The advanced water treatment system for ultrapure water (UPW) applications utilizes UV technology to break down trace chemicals such as total organic carbon (TOC), chlorine and chloramines, ozone, and provides microbial inactivation.

Features

  • Avant High Performance (HP) series is an advanced total organic carbon reduction product line that provides improved performance up to three times than our previous series and most conventional UV TOC products.
  • The Avant HP series uses special grade quartz sleeve and lamps that significantly reduce the number of UV units by up to 75%.
  • Avant’s modular skid configuration allows multiple units to be stacked, taking advantage of Aquafine’s technology in a compact and easily expandable footprint.

AQUAFINE - Logic Series

The system of choice for meeting the rigid quality standards of the Recreational Water, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Cosmetics and Food & Beverage markets. The Aquafine UV Logic Series uses one of the most advanced technologies, the low-pressure, high-output (LPHO) amalgam lamp.

Features

  • The Aquafine UV Logic Series is equipped with a UV chamber made of 316L stainless steel and a 304SS stainless steel control cabinet with protection class IP 55. 
  • The L-shaped chamber design was developed using advanced computer modeling, resulting in 40% greater hydraulic efficiency than conventional systems.
  • The compact size maximizes installation flexibility and preserves floor space.
  • Single ended lamps and quartz sleeves allow fast lamp change- outs, and features automatic sleeve cleaning that can be operated while the chamber is online. 
  • Each system undergoes rigorous quality checks and electronic functionality and hydrostatic pressure testing before leaving our facility.
