The Puritan Aquamind Smart series softeners feature durable noryl plastic control heads, quick connect bypass assembly, demand meter regeneration, solid-state microprocessor, water flow indicator, soft water remaining display, 8 hour batter back up and up to 18 GPM flow rate.  Various sizes available to meet special applications.  Very efficient softening units due to the demand meter regeneration feature.

Twin Tank Water Softener - CLT-30, CLT-45, CLT-60, CLT-90, CLT-120, CLT-150, CLT-210

The Puritan 5600-SXT Series softeners can be designed and manufactured to meet special applications.  The benefits of the 5600-SXT series softeners consist of demand meter regeneration, ¾” or 1” hook-up, quick connect bypass, electronic timer operation with adjustable cycles and a noryl plastic constructed regeneration control.

Twin Tank Water Softener - FT-30, FT-45, FT-60, FT-90, FT-120

Pre-engineered, cataloged systems are available to provide exchange capacities from 1,200,000 to 5,400,000 grains of hardness removal per vessel and service flow rates up to 750 gallons per minute per vessel.

Increased flow rates and greater treatment capacities can be achieved by banking multiple vessels together. Water Softener Systems will also provide increased flow rates, additional capacity and continuous, uninterrupted softened water.

MR Series Industrial Water Softening System

The MARLO ‘MR’ Series is designed for larger commercial and industrial water softening applications. Individual tank capacity ranges from 150,000 grain to 1,050,000 grain with continuous flow rates of 20-190 GPM. Single tank, multi-tank parallel, twin alternating, and triple alternating systems are available with a wide variety of timer and water meter controllers.

Features

  • Epoxy lined and prime exterior finished carbon steel pressure vessels. Non-ASME construction with 100 psig working pressure.

  • High capacity, sulfonated polystyrene cation exchange resin in sodium-form.

  • Galvanized steel face-piping assembly with cast iron, normally-open, “Y” pattern diaphragm control valves.

  • Pilot stager valve controller for automatic regeneration operation. Pre-wired in a NEMA-4X enclosure with an adjustable timeclock for regeneration initiation.

  • Self-adjusting flow control to maintain accurate backwash rates.

  • PVC pressure-compensated brine injector for correct brine flow and concentration.

  • PVC media-retaining underdrain distribution system in either hub-radial or header-lateral configurations for minimal pressure drop and proper regeneration.

  • Rigid, polyethylene brine tanks with dry-salt shelf platform and water re-fill valves.

MRG Series Industrial Water Softening System

The MARLO ‘MRG’ Series is the corrosion resistant alternative to the ‘MR’ Series for industrial or large commercial water softening applications. These softeners are equipped with FRP resin tanks and Sch 80 PVC exterior piping and valves. All ‘MRG’ systems are factory skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired. Standard designs available for twin and triple tank configurations.

Single tank, multi-tank parallel, twin alternating, and triple alternating systems are available with a wide variety of timer and water meter controllers.

Features

  • Epoxy lined and prime exterior finished carbon steel pressure vessels. Non-ASME construction with 100 psig working pressure.

  • High capacity, sulfonated polystyrene cation exchange resin in sodium-form.

Whether it is for boiler feed or domestic supply water for a school or hotel, the MST offers a robust and efficient solution for reducing mineral scale, soap usage, and energy consumption in the plumbing and other water using equipment.

Individual tank capacity ranges from 15,000 grain to 450,000 grain with continuous flow rates of 1-45 GPM.
