AmeriWater’s ozone disinfection system uses a high-tech corona discharge process for producing aqueous ozone, which is the best disinfectant available for bicarb and water systems. This design produces high levels of ozone quickly, 10 grams per hour, reducing disinfecting time by half compared to chemical disinfection. Using oxygen eliminates nitrogen degradation of the ozone generator ensuring years of reliable performance. The ozone that is dissolved into the water is no more corrosive than chlorine. This portable compact system can be moved easily from bicarb to water, or center to center. The quick connect connectors with shut offs enable easy connection to the water storage tanks and bicarb systems. There are adjustable oxygen and water flow meters plus a vacuum gauge to indicate the proper vacuum to mix the ozone with the water. An ozone gas chamber removes excess gas not dissolved in the water and runs it through an ozone gas destruct device, returning it to oxygen.
AmeriWater’s water treatment system for central sterile processing, model 00HC-2002, provides deionized water for a single washer/disinfector or sterilizer with very little maintenance. The system provides 1M ohm/cm minimum quality water. On-board recirculation pump with on/off switch keeps the water moving, which helps maintain high quality water at all times. Includes carbon block prefilter and worker/polisher mixed bed deionizer packs. When the indicator light changes from green to red (and alarm sounds), simply remove the lids and exchange the resin packs. Resin packs are not disposed of but regenerated by AmeriWater. Flow rate is up to 3 GPM. Cart mounted with casters.

The AmeriWater SRO150 Series is a complete water treatment system designed to provide low conductivity water for the final rinse and disinfection cycle of tabletop washers, freestanding washers and under counter washers. The system includes a reverse osmosis unit with either a 4, 9 or 14 gallon pressurized tank for storage and delivery. The system can be wall mounted or installed underneath a standard counter sink and is ideal for dental and veterinary clinics, physician offices and clinical chemistry labs.
